Craziest glitch i've ever seen and it made me lose rating

First off, after winning rock paper sissors, it wouldn't let me pick 1st or 2nd. So we figured offering a draw would correct the issue. Which it didn't. Then another problem happned. Somehow he was playing a current format deck when we was in goat format duel. Here is the replay. In the comments 69thbestplayer saws a screenshot of his deck. Which was not a goat deck. So we called a judge but there isn't a judge up that late. We tried reloading hoping to correct the issue but nothing happened. So when he relogs, it kicked him out the game and left me there. I had to lose rating points to get out the duel. Whats even more bizarre is that his rating points reset to baseline 100. So i'm hoping for a refund of my points and his points. Also to remove the lose on my record as well. Thank you in advance.
