Cannot upload or edit custom cards

Logged in today only to find out i couldn't edit or upload customs. Could be due to me changing browser today. Please help

You must've uploaded something inappropriate and had your uploading/editing privileges revoked.

I don't see what i uploaded that could've been considered as inappropriate. These are the only 2 cards i made yesterday :
