Constantly lost connection

Post #1 by rvarias » Mon Sep 12, 2022 11:55 pm

My Dueling book has been constantly losing connection, for what feels like every 10 to 30 seconds, since yesterday. I've been able to get through a few duels, but I constantly disconnected and reconnected throughout them. I've tried closing my browser, restarting my computer, shutting it off completely, logging in on a different computer, restarting my Wi-Fi router but nothing worked. My computer connects to and works fine on other websites, online Steam games, and Discord. I can't figure out what's wrong and I hope that someone can help me.

that seems so unlikely, I don't have connection problems anywhere else, and yet I hope on db and I get disconnected trying to edit my deck. It doesnt make any sense.

then there is something on your browser specifically causing issues. I can see if duelingbook itself has disconnected you but I cannot see if you are disconnected via your end.

Was it fixed for me? I haven't tried to do any duels yet, but I've still been having problems and getting disconnected while doing solo mode and in the deck editor.
Edit: I learned that I don't disconnect if I'm on my phone and not connected to my Wi-Fi. I hope there is a solution that doesn't rely on me not using Wi-Fi.

After some more testing, I think there is some sort of problem with my Wi-Fi's IP connecting to dueling book as it's fine on my phone when not using the Wi-Fi and my computer seems to be fine if I use my mobile hotspot.
