password and email problems

Hello everyone,
I am tryin to connect to my DB account via PC but I dont remember the password and email. Fortunately I still have the account connected to the mobile phone so I can continue to play over there but it s not really practical.
There is a way to find out my personal email or current password ? The account is this one that I m using to write this inquire rn
