I can not login

Duelingbook on my computer will not allow my main account to login, but instead keeps saying connecting and then eventually connection lost. I have tried several other accounts and they work just fine, and I am not banned or frozen, so I am frustrated and confused on why this specific account will not work. It has my decks, progress, and a lot of time into it. If anyone could help it would mean a lot. Thank you for your time.
