I have reported this problem to the authorities before, the user named "Duelingbook" is a bot. It's not a real person, [it seems] it's sending the missing donation code [still]. Authorities are aware of the incident. You should reach out to Genexwrecker or XtevensChannel and explain the situation. Of course if you really won the tourney.

I checked they won 3 tournaments and got 2 prizes. I have fixed their awarded prizing as of current so the issue is resolved.
