Solo Mode: Bottom of the Deck

Testing Tearalaments in Solo Mode and the option to place cards on the BOTD disappears randomly. The only fix seems to be restarting Solo Mode, which is terrible as TRLMT is a fluid/random deck so turns rarely look the same.
Is it me? Am I triggering the removal of the option somehow?
