game 2 match of tourney glitched out

https://www.duelingbook.com/replay?id=41028804 , this was the game to match I was sent into when I clicked on my opponent's match, it not only did not give me him, I was put up against a person, not in the tourney, he was also in a game not with me casually playing, while the person I got with this name did do a thing and I don't think it even could. no judges were online at the time to even fix the problem and when I rebooted nothing changed. so I left automatically giving my real opponent the win, is there any way to rectify this situation and an explanation as to why this happened?
