Is Dueling Book down now?

I am trying to login to DB via library Wi-Fi, because the Wi-Fi in my shelter is down at the moment. Anyway I keep getting the "Failed to connect" message when I attempt to connect. What's going on?

Sometimes public wifi may block websites like duelingbook. I know this 'cause the college I went to did this when I tried to log into duelingbook from their internet.

Turns out some libraries want their internet to not be put towards games
