When i open the link to enter in DB appears a black page and it happens nothing. i can t do the login, i can do nothing. I have already tried changing browser, but nothing. What can i do to resolve that?

my account is forzen even though my brother committed the infraction and im on a different pc

The account committed the infraction. Why should they care about whether you or your brother did it?

because it wasn't my account two different pc two different accounts but since we are on the same network, im affected too?
