Can't login

The site incorrectly states I'm logged in on the same account elsewhere, how do i fix this?

I have this glitch sometimes too. I think it happens when you're either in a duel but get disconnected or see "Reconnecting..." appear on your screen, then refresh the page trying to log back in, but duelingbook fails to recognize that you've just refreshed the page and thinks you're still logged in.
