[CONNECTION] Stuck in "Connecting..." Screen

Hi Everybody,
i try to connect to DB for a week now and i'm still blocked on the "connecting..." screen and after several seconds get : Error : Failed to connect.
No Firewall or anything has changed between the last time i played and now. .
