I was renaming decks and just overall organizing everything in the deck constructor, when at some point DB lost connection. After logging back in to DB I have had probably over 50 decks completely deleted.

If you had your decks deleted 2 things must have happened
1) You got hacked which caused DB to lose connection. I recommend changing yoylur password if that happened.
2) You were renaming reorganising when DB lost connection all your deck were deleted because you were doing everything at once.
This will probably help.

Logged back into DB today and the decks have reappeared so that's nice.

The same thing happened to me is there any way to get the decks back?

Once I was trying to import Deck to DuelingBook that I had found from YGOPRODECK. Downloaded the YDK file and imported it, that was a pure Synchro Deck. I saved the Deck. After that, checked up my other Decks. Then, I checked Decks was turned itself that I just imported Deck, I had to delete my whole Decks. I never tried to import Deck ever again. I think YDK files are infected. Also I just downloaded new YDK file that a Deck list from YGOPRODECK [just a few minutes ago], and my browser shutted down itself.

So, what should learn from this paragraph: Please do not attempt to import YDK files to build your Deck, use your respective mouse and keyboard by pressing buttons to find cards for build your Deck from DuelingBook's Deck Constructor's SEARCH Tool.
