Ace card?

I was editing one of my decks when this popped up randomly after I was, like, clicking too fast or something.
How does this happen? What are ace cards? Are they used in rated?

I have no idea its one of those things that was made just to mess around with like the livechat feature

If it doesn't do anything can you remove it? It's getting kinda annoying now, especially since I figured out that all you need to do is hover your mouse over the card and hold down the right mouse button to make it come up.
