glitch

I joined a ranked game against llanowar...he did not respond for about 20-25 minutes and there is no judge online. I tried to leave the game and come back...and it's the same game but with a different player, Billy_Big_Willy. Billy_Big_Willy and the other player in the game messaged me to inform me my messages were going into their game. Meaning it's a glitch. It won't time me out and I am stuck clicking "quit" to get out. Can this be corrected on my rating?
