Sounds not working properly

This issue has ben happening for a while now. 90% of the sounds either don't play, or get cut off early. Any fix to this? I can't find anyone else with this issue.

Edit: forgot to mention I don't have any adblockers on, in case that matters.

What browser do you use, are you using the Flash version?

Chrome, and no idea. How do I tell which version I am using?

edit: Nvm, I tested it on both HTML5 and Flash, same result.
