E-mail confirmation
I have been trying to join duelingbook for a week now due to the other program I used completely shutting down (as to what I know). Anyhow, while trying to join it tells me "You must verify your account before you can login. Would you like a new confirmation link to be sent to your email?... yes , no" in which I press yes, however, when I check my email there is no link or message that lets me confirm my account, meaning I cant play. If there is something I am doing wrong or overlooking I am happy to accept help.
Well, you can check if you are looking for the correct email (if it is the same one associated with the account) if this is the case, check your spambox or Trash, sometimes it can be there. If that doesn't help, I suggest you create a new account with a new email.

If you did not receive the email, you may have it resent. To have it resent, please reload the page and type in the new account credentials. You will be prompted to put in an email for the confirmation link to be sent to. Hopefully this helps!

I already had the confirmation link resent a couple of times and also used a different Email with no Luck so far. Creating a completely new Account led to the same issue. I guess I just have to wait and see if it eventually gets send after all or is there a way to reach out to DB directly ? maybe to manually send the verification mail ?
Thanks you for your quick answer and suggestion tough!

Well, I had that problem with yahoo. My suggestion would be to resend the verification 2 or 3 times. I know after the 3rd time I was able to get the account verified.

You need to refresh the page, then attempt to log into the account you are needing to verify. A prompt will ask you to input an email to send the verification to. Type in the correct email and proceed to verify your account. Hope this helps!

Bump!
I have the same issue, I tried resending the mail multiple times, I tried setting up a different Email account and I tried changing my IP. Nothing seems to help.

Do you not recieve the email, or do you get an error code when attempting to send the email, and if so, what does the error say?

And after clicking Yes I get:
"A confirmation e-mail has been sent for you to activate your account."

You probably used a wrong email or just made a typo.
Fire whoever designed that bottle. KaibaCorp's products shouldn't bend so easily.
I can only let it resend the email by typing in my Email again, so unless I do the same typo twice, that is not possible. Also, as I stated before, I tried a different Email as well that I set up specifically for this.| Hanverid | wrote:DSMidna wrote:Yes. There is nothing there.

POV: You came because you watched a video of Dueling Network's history recently. (Click thumbs up if you agree)

When attempting to log in it shows a pop up that reads "You must verify your account before you can login. Would you like a new confirmation link to be sent to your email?" Followed by a green yes and a red no, and that´s all i can see, what i should do? Thank you in advance >.</
