failed to connect

Hi there ! I have vodafone as isp and i live in greece
In the last month i and all other greeks that have vodafone cannot log in the site
We get at the log in screen , click log in stay for 20-30 secs at connecting screen and then we are back on log in screen and sometimes it pops a message saying failed to connect
I have tried all browsers and even 4g and contacted vodafone support to try everything
They asked me to contact support of the site and provide you with all needed info to check where exactly is the problem as vodafone cannot find a solution or a problem from their side
Please advise and if you need any further info please send me a pm as i cannot provide them publicly

before 1 hour i logged in and play some games and now i cant connect..is there some update or something?
