Continuous Disconnects

Hi,

So over the last week I've noticed a massive increase in the amount of disconnects on rated. I'll be playing, the game will freeze up, I won't be able to do any actions or communicate in the chat, and then within a minute or 2 I will go back to the home screen saying "lost connection", and get recorded with an L and a loss in rating. This has happened 9 times in the last week which is rather ridiculous in my opinion. Disconnects have happened before but it's been exponentially more frequent in the last week.

Has anyone else experienced this? What are some possible solutions I can do to reduce my chances of getting disconnected?
