Bullet Points on custom card texts sometimes get replaced with question marks

Custom cards allow you to copy and paste bullet point from real cards like Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring onto custom cards. The bullet points look like this: ●
However, oftentimes when I create a custom card with bullet points in it's text, the bullet points eventually get replaced with question marks. I'm not sure exactly how to replicate this problem though, so does anyone else who makes customs experience this?

I never had that issue as I always copied the bullet point from yugioh wiki's Black Luster Solder - Envoy of the Beginning.

Wait you can copy and paste bullet points from outside duelingbook?

Yup! I had trouble copy/pasting from Dueling Book where the bullet points didn't even show up. So I went to a different source and it worked for me.
