Custom Card Creator: Pendulum checkbox not usable after unchecked Rush checkbox

When you make a card a Rush Duel card, it disables the option to make the card a Pendulum (as is intended). However, if you then make the card back into a normal card, the checkbox to make the card a Pendulum is not re-enabled.
