Possible bugs on the site

I just want to address a few issues I've come across sometimes and see if anyone else has experienced it. This is NOT every duel but happens occasionally.

1) If my opponent reveals their hand and I click [X], I can still see their cards while they aren't revealed.

2) I try to detach an Xyz material to use an effect but it will not detach.

3) I cannot special summon from the graveyard.

Are these known issues or is it just for me?
