We must have a way to report our users for Various Reasons in the Main DB UI outside of forms

We can report users we don't like for Various Crimes like Harassment, PM Spam, and More!

We can even reports the ones who blocked us!

You don't get to abuse the report system like that. You yourself could be frozen or banned instead of the person you reported if you abuse it. It's like calling 911 only to troll the dispatcher instead of for an emergency.
