Can you add in the database the cards that they'rent release. These cards can be used in unrated for testing.
i mean DB principally born for test cards of yugioh..

They will add the cards, it just takes a while, they aren't added the second a card is announced.

The cards always get added as they are "officially released" and not sooner. This is how the site uploads the cards. It's not changing.

You can use customs to create the card and duel in customs as a workaround.

Occasionally when a full set gets spoiled early, it'll get uploaded early. But last time I remember that happening was when learned all the TCG exclusives during the first wave of Dangers.
