Weeb and general ygo sections for the forum

Think it'd be good for activity on the site if there was a place to talk abotu anime/mange. 99% of ygo players are into it. Also perhaps a "general" ygo section for talking about collections, predictions... more *social* yugioh threads. Spam paradise is pretty much the only place that stuff can go atm.
