How do I report problem users?

Leon S. Kennedy goes AFK when a duel doesn't go his way. I can provide replay evidence. Is there some mechanism to get such users IP banned?

Unless it is a ranked match, it won't matter even if he is toxic af. (In any Unrated format you can find a lot of trolls)
Signature testing, so it won't be deleted (Again).
