[Tag Duels] Next Turn needs to be clicked by the current opponent, not the next

Basically, the player that pushes Next Turn needs to be the one that is currently capable of performing actions.

The reason for this is because quite often I'll have one or more cards I want to activate at the end of my opponent's turn, but my partner will start the next turn without my consent. This can mean that I completely lose the opportunity to make certain plays.

Especially if I need to access cards from my deck, hand or extra deck. If my partner takes over, I can no longer access those cards because they're replaced with my partner's.
