Card Creators should be able to put a limit on the cards that they created. For example, a part of creation process should include a section that allows the user to select a legal number of copies other than 3. Ie. choose: Banned, Semi-Limited, Limited, or Unlimited.

I agree, however no need for an unlimited list tag, as unlimited is the total max allowed on the site already, as such it would be tag-less as it is now.

Ya that's fine. Unlimited should be the default and it doesn't need any special designation I guess.

You can put it in the name of the card, or somewhere in the card text.
Card name: "Dark Magician (Limit 2.)"
Card effect: "The ultimate wizard in terms of attack and defense. (Limit 2.)"

While it is a decent work around for now, it doesn't look good. Hence, the suggestion.
