a long click should be used for change the D6 in other dice, for ex. for randomize a choice to a card in the hand actually of 7 cards change the D6 to D7.

The amount of times this could possibly come up is pretty close to 0%.

Really? I'm shocked to hear that. Most people that needed a random outcome just used dice and were fine with that.

Compared to something that I had to discard a card randomly from their hand they'd always flip their shit.

Having you pick a card from their hand is as random as any other method of choosing a card, if they don't like it they cans huddle before you pick.

Oh I know, but they won't accept it, and even if they shuffled their hand, it wouldn't matter cause I can't see it anyways.

Then that's their problem, they don't get to pick how you "randomly" choose, if they don't send the card you select then you can call a judge, and if they push the subject just leave and report for... Id say cheating or stalling.

I just tell my opponents to shuffle their hand, and then whichever card ends up closest to their main deck after the shuffle (the one closest to the left-hand side from my point of view, or closest to the right-hand side from their point of view) is the card I "randomly" choose.
