a new card in agov, card scanner, requires both players checking the bottom card of their deck, which you cannot do yet.

You can do it, just currently it relies on both players being truthful. Unless of course, you both reveal your whole deck.

This javascript command enables the Flip Deck button in duels, allowing the player to flip the deck to see the bottom card. This isn't a true fix, but it is a workaround. https://forum.duelingbook.com/viewtopic.php?p=65245#p65245

This chrome extension addresses a lot of cards like this, lets you flip your Deck.
