no rank reset in goat format

i think the rank reset in goat format when in advanced konami change the ban list is nonsense.
i dont see any interaction from the new exit on the cardpool in advanced and the new ban list for any goat duels.
i see very very few interaction between the goat world championship every year (coz it'snt based on DB rank).
