i suggest must be more contrast when you put a card on top or the bottom, the animation, the uniform colour of the deck dont help.

You mean you want it to be more clear which order players are putting cards on the top/bottom of the deck so they don't accidentally put a card on top of the deck when they intended for it to be the second card of their deck?

For now, just think in reverse when stacking the cards. For example, if you're resolving Goddess Skuld's Oracle's effect to stack the opponent's deck, don't click the cards in the order that you want then on top of the deck. Instead, think to yourself, "I want card A on top, card B in the middle, and card C on the bottom" and work backwards from there, choosing to put card C on top first, then card B on top, then card A on top.

I think of an animation that highlights that a card is placed above or below.

Or I think of the fact that, even without animation, it is highlighted by an appropriate contrast.

Note, this should not be useful to me, but to the opponent so that what is being done is clearly evident. I think you understood from your answer that my suggestion stems from something that the player himself wants. No: it's to make things clear to the opponent.
