Official Tag DB tours

Yeah thats it. As someone who appreciates tag duels I think it would be cool if there was a weekly official Tag duel DB tour like how they have the weekly OCG tour and weekly swiss elimination tour and etc.

There is currently not enough support for this and getting a tag tournament automatically set up is gonna take some time. If more support and desire for it arises we can consider it.
