Is there intention to create an API?

Hi!
I think would be great to get access an API to provide some information about win rate related with the cards ( even if the API has cost ).
My suggestion born because I'm working on a platform to estimate the effectiveness of a YGO deck build, calculating the hand occurrences based on hand size and I thought that would be great to add a win rate to improve the accuracy of the estimation.
