Banishing card Facedown from everywhere.

I don't know if someone already posted this.
So apparently I can't banish a card facedown from the field unless there's an Evenly Matched on the field. Even card like Rage with the Eyes of Blue does not have a button for banish Facedown (yet).
So can I request for the button for Banishing Facedown also available for cards in hand, field, and GY too?
Thanks.
I have interest in badly designed custom cards.
You saw these cards as terrible, I saw them as ideas.
