I think there should be an accessible archive dedicated to ban/freeze appeal and abuse reports

11 days since I submited my abuse report, and no reply... You could at least leave a warning: "Careful, your abuse report might take months or even years to be heard!!"

How does one upload a screenshot of a a chat into the report? I cannot seem to find any upload button. Thanks.

Step 1, upload the image to imgur or similar, DB's screenshot feature automatically does this.
Step 2, either paste the link, or the image address using [img] tags.
