Maintenance Schedule/Logs

I'm not necessarily sure how feasible something like this actually is in application, but it would be nice to have a schedule or something that is readily accessible for when the server is gonna be down for maintenance and/or a log of exactly what problems were fixed within said maintenance. Would make it easier for users instead of just having the server is going down in 5 minutes as the only notice.
