Add Creator-God Type to Custom Card Creator

So far, every type has been added to the Custom Card creator except for Creator-God. I understand that there is only one monster that is Creator-God type in the game, but there are only 2 Magical Knight and High Dragon monsters in the game. Furthermore, those types are exclusive to Rush Duels while Creator-God exists in the standard format.
