A Suggestion I have Talked About Before But I think Needs Re-visiting

So, before I have talked about using different judges for different tasks.
For Example: If someone posts content on the main menu that warrants punishment, do you really need a fully qualified judge to handle this?
Also, IF a function where you state your issue when making a judge call, you could use a less experienced judge to handle AFK ect.
And, people are less likely to cheat if no judge is online.

All judges should be able to handle all cases and scenarios on DB.

There is no reason. You dont need a competent judge to watch the main menu.
You dont even need to know how to play Yugioh.

Part of being a competent judge is being mature and trustworthy enough to be given perms on the site. If you can't hold the same qualities as a judge why would you have the qualities to mod.

I mean, pick someone you can trust. I'm just saying you don't need to know every ruling under the sun to watch the Main Menu
