Need more judges

I live in est time zone and last night in the middle of the night I had a guy stall me out for 2 hours in rated because there were no judges online. Certify more judges so we don't have people like this ruining rated. Not sure if he was doing it on purpose because there were no judges on but not having judges available 24/7 just turns me away from playing here.

You should just leave early and report them and I think they would get frozen for stalling that long.
