How much does someone need to take on the exam to be called? A friend got 96% in the exam, he took the exam as soon as he left in 2019. He has a good conduct and has no strikes in his profile. So I really don't know what is necessary to be called or not.

passing the exam doesnt garuntee an interview and if they went inactive there would be less reason to even try to contact them

"passing the exam doesnt garuntee" I want to know exactly what you guarantee. Because a note like 96% does not guarantee it. I honestly don't know what guarantees or not.

there are Judges that do not enter more than 1 year
