Disconnect after 2nd Log-In Attempt

On someone's second attempt to log in while they are already considered logged in by the system,
disconnect them and allow the new log-in.

Too often I have to close DB because of a bug or something, and then I have to wait until the system finally decides that I am no longer logged in so I can relog.

So basically, this just means the server has not kicked you yet. If you have a problem with it, you can ask a friend to dm a judge or go to the dueling book discord server and ask for your account to get kicked
