How about some sort of alternate control style in settings in case you want to play something such as pendulums.
Left clicking on your card's artwork would add a counter to your card, right clicking would remove it.
Dragging it repeatedly when you need to add a lot can get tough to do.
This would quite help with accessibility of dueling.
By the way, you could also alter what clicks will do in settings (for instance, if you don't play decks that use counters, left click on the card art can "Declare" to save time.)
