i think rematch can be abused from user-friend.
Please make rematch being unrated.

The problem is that this is a difficult rule to enforce because a person who loses a lot of duels may just be bad at the game as opposed to trying to "boost".

It is actually very easy to enforce and it is very blatant when they are boosting.
