duel note restrictions

as we all know theres already restrictions on duel notes. however there needs to be a new rule added to this restriction.

Having a duel note that would make it harder for another host to get an opponent should not be allowed. Ill be using a random name as an example: Richard

Example of what i mean:
Me: *Hosting in advanced* "1st gen & GX only"
Richard: Dont duel Crystal Music

Richards duel note should not be allowed as it will make it harder for me to get an opponent. This should also be looked at as trolling as ur duel note makes its misleading to make it harder for one to find an opponent.

You've already got a bunch of absurd rules, a tendency to block hundreds of people for no reason, as well as a bad reputation, that already make it difficult for you to get an opponent.

The question is, does "making it harder for someone to find an opponent" with a duel note count as "being offensive," "harassing others," or "promoting/advertising"?

It doesn't seem to count as the first one since it's not "offensive" to say CrystalMusic has built up a bad reputation and will give you a hard time for dueling him.

It doesn't seem to count as the second one since you aren't talking directly to CrystalMusic, messaging him, or name-calling. You're just saying that you don't think people should duel him.

It definitely doesn't count as the third one since you aren't promoting or advertising any product.

Those are just examples. The only purpose duel notes have is to facilitate finding a duel. Anything outside of that would be considered outside the bounds of a duel note's intended purpose

Everything listed as examples in the rules are merely some of the examples. Duel notes are intended to help find a partner or for the duel itself anything else is spam

Yeah and I could argue that a duel note telling people to duel me instead of another person with a bad reputation helps me find an opponent.
