Union Tuners and other Multi Abilities involving Custom cards

So, We need the Ability to make out Union Tuners (Having a Second Ability slot) when making Custom cards because well, Torque Tune Gear. It is Impossible to do such a Thing because people would have to resort to inputting "(This card is also a [Insert Ability Here].)". This would be a good idea on Paper and I don't know how the Heck Xtseven is going to Implement it.
