Allow Rush Duel cards in normal Custom Card Duels

I would like to suggest allowing cards marked as Rush Duel cards to still be usable in normal custom card duels. The main reason I'm asking, is because I would like to be able to use the Rush Duel card frames for my custom cards (as I prefer that design to the original).

This sounds like a great idea. Those frames are far more modern than the original frames. They should have replaced the normal ones, not been for a special format.
