There is a custom tab at the bottom of main menu using the scroll bar to create them, an option at the top right of deck constructor that will offer a tab to pull them up in deck constructor, and a custom duel room to duel in. Not sure why you posted in spam paradise though.

It's been roughly 2 weeks with no activity for a war that's been about 2 months with a new format starting in between. Is the war going to finish and what are they doing with regards to the new format?
