There is a time listed as the start time from when Round 1 was started which is visible on Discord if you look for it, yes.
However, it wasn't until just over a day ago (I believe after I suggested it again), that the exact deadline was posted.

I really like this idea.

I think you may have put your Extra Deck cards in your Side Deck by mistake.
Thinking your Extra Deck was your Side Deck made it impossible for any main deck cards to be added to it, as that cannot be done to the Extra Deck.

I would like to see Shadow Ghoul as an avatar.
Constellar Pleiades would be nice as well.

I really like the series, so I'd be interested in seeing the archetype.
