I don't think you understand. The OCG has had Feather Duster at 1 for at least a year and it has not proven a problem card. You need to look up the definition of power creep, and stop caring about the banlist of a format that you refuse to play. Just add "no feather duster" to your profil...

Actually, Harpie's Feather Duster coming off the banlist is kind of a good thing.
